We are anticipating a really good response to this great offer and we could be quite busy on the phone at times. We'll do everything possible to respond to all messages in the order they were received.

I see the offer expires on November 27, 2010. Do I have to have my portrait session booked by that date?

Our last date for sessions with this offer is November 27, 2010. We suggest you book your appointment as soon as possible so we can get your spot reserved. The expiration date is necessary as we expect some of you will take advantage of this offer and use it to get holiday portraits and we want to be able to assure you of timely delivery.

What dates are available?

Sessions are scheduled by appointment only and based on availability. We will be scheduling appointments every day except Sunday. Our normal hours are 10am until 7pm. Last day for sessions is November 27, 2010.

What types of sessions are available?

Your AdPages voucher can be used for engagement/couples, bridal, children/family, or headshots/individual sessions. Not applicable to events, commercial photography, location portraits and weddings. Can be applied to maternity, boudoir and extended Senior sessions with purchase of addtional time.

Can I use this offer toward location portraits, or an event such as a wedding or birthday party?

This offer is strictly for studio portrait sessions. We offer on-location portraits and event photography priced to fit most budgets. We'd love the opportunity to discuss your specific needs, please contact us for a complimentary consultation.

How long is the portrait session?

The session in this AdPages offer is 30 minutes and allows for one outfit change (two total outfits). You certainly don’t have to limit yourself to this. If you would like more time, allowing for more outfit changes and more images to choose from, you may add time in 30 minute increments for the special rate of $39.95 per half-hour.

Can I extend my session time?

Increasing your session time will allow for additional outfit changes and increase the number of proofs presented during your viewing/ordering session. If your group is larger than 7 people, you'll need to purchase additional session time. You can add additional half-hour blocks at the exclusive AdPages rate of $39.95 when booking.

Can I purchase more than one AdPages voucher and use them back to back to extend my session time?

No. Only one AdPages voucher may be redeemed per customer/family/group for the duration of this promotion. Of course, additional vouchers may be purchased as gifts. If you would like more time, or, your group is larger than seven, you'll need to add more time to your session. You can purchase additional time when you book your appointment at exclusive AdPages rates.

Where will the portrait session take place?

We are only offering studio sessions for this offer. Our studio is located in historic downtown Grapevine at 412 S. Main Street, Suite 200. We are just south of Worth Street between "ooh la la" and Western Chic Boutique. Note that we are on the second floor of a turn-of-the-century building and there is no elevator.

How many individuals in a group portrait does the offer cover?

Up to five people can be included without additional charge. Within the thirty minute session, family portraits will include group shots of the entire family as well as smaller groups (just the kids, just mom and dad, etc.) Each additional person will incur a charge of $10 per person.

I’d like to schedule a session with my large family – 10 people, can I still use the offer?

Yes, each additional person over five will require an additional fee of $10/person and groups of seven persons or more require the purchase of an additional half-hour at $39.95. For scheduling reasons, you must specify the size of your group at booking. Note that we cannot accomodate more than 10 adults in a single group.

Do you have clothing recommendations?

While you will certainly know what looks best for you or your group, from experience, we can tell you what works best. We suggest solid colors rather than busy prints. Coordinated color choices for your group will always look best...doesn't necessarily mean identical, just coordinated. Short sleeves can often look casual or less elegant than longer sleeves. Stark solid white shirts can sometimes appear, well, stark. Contact us if you'd like to discuss or need a specific suggestion.

Does the offer include retouching of my portraits? If not, how much is retouching?

Retouching and enhancement are part of our "style" and what sets us apart from other portrait studios. The image you select for your 11x14 print will receive our standard retouching and enhancement. We zero in on eyes, teeth and minor skin blemishes and then we apply our signature "look". There is no charge for this "standard" retouching. There are circumstances where charges can apply and this will always be discussed with you. Chargeable retouching can include, but is not limited to, tatoo or scar removal, changing clothing color, and removal of dental braces. Generally speaking, if it's something you ask us to do over and above our standard retouching, a charge will apply. It is important for you to note that there a some things that are next to impossible to "retouch". One is certain types of "synthetic tan". Synthetic tans can photograph very strangely and may look completely different than what you see in the mirror. Another example is wrinkled clothing...some things just can't be fixed and meet our quality expectations.

How do you choose which photos go on the proof disc?

During your session, we will take several photos including various poses. For groups, there will also be multiple sub-groups. After we eliminate the shots that just didn't work (blinks, bad smiles, misfires, etc.), we will process and finish the remaining images. The number of images will vary with the type of session, number of outfits, etc. Our choice of the best six to twelve images will be shown as proofs and included on your proof disc.

How and when will I get to see my proofs?

We will schedule a viewing session within a few days following your portrait session. At this time, you'll view your images and choose your favorites. This is when you will make your choice for the included 11x14 or you may choose to upgrade to a larger size and order any other prints or products you would like. You will leave this session with your included proof disc.

How long will it take to my order my back?

Obviously, this will depend on what products you order. Most orders will be back at our studio and available to pick-up about a week after the order is placed. We will contact you when your order has arrived.

Can I purchase full-resolution images on disc?

Absolutely! You can buy any number of images, including standard retouching, on disc at the exclusive AdPages price of $12.50 each...normally $75 each. With such an upgrade, you will receive your images at a printable resolution and a personal usage release will be furnished.

Can I purchase images on disc suitable for online usage such as facebook?

As part of this offer, you will be receiving a disc containing up to 12 images perfectly suited for this purpose.

I hate the outfit I selected for the session or my makeup was all wrong or I don't like the way my hair looks in the photos, can I have a reshoot?

Reshoots are offered at our discretion. Reshoots are not offered for regrettable wardrobe, makeup, or hair choices as those things fall beyond our control.

We're sure you'll love your portraits and it may be tough to choose a favorite. No problem! For this AdPages offer, we've reduced the pricing on most of our products. Most significantly on our standard prints.
